The plan had been to run from Tyndrum, along the WHW to Auch Farm and then uptowards Beinn a Chuirn via Gleann Achadh innis Chailein. All was going well until I turned off the WHW before Auch. The path up GAiC crosses the Allt Coralan (normally a small stream) which runs into the Allt Kinglass. But with all the recent rainfall this was now nearly knee deep and had no way across without being swept down river to Bridge of Orchy. Bugger. Change of route required then. So instead I turned up another path that climbed and took me up into Glen Coralan, following the 'stream' up under one of the railway track viaducts to a waterfall at a small dam, just below the ridge that runs between Beinn Chaorach and Cam Chreag. A great run, even if it wasn't my planned route.
