Between the Clyde Stride and the Devil I had 2 weeks of 'nearly' complete rest. I say nearly because I got twitchy by the end of the first week and ended up doing two hill runs on two consecutive days. The first one was from Glengoyne Distillery , up and over Dumgoyne, Garloch Hill and up to the Trig Point on Earls Seat and back. I've been using this route as a regular hill run session and tonight, inparticular, the sunset was spectacular.
The second was to park at Luss and head up and over Beinn Dubh on what was to be a midge infested run. But what a fantastic night to be out running.
Wow! Superb pix!!
