Sunny run on Killoch Hill

Before work,last week, I decided to make the most of the fantastic weather and went for a run on one of my favourite regular routes up through Glen Park and up onto Killoch Hill on the Glennifer Braes. The run started well but ended up taking a lot longer than planned due to lots of photo stops! The views today in this weather were brilliant. I suppose enjoying a run is more important than time targets.

At the weekend I also decided to, again, run to and from work. It was a lovely warm morning to run. Running home was in the mid-afternoon and was very hot. Hopefully by the time the 'Fling' comes around I'll be more accustomed to running in hot and dry conditions.
